How to Transfer Money from Paytm to Phonepe
Paytm is widely used these days and hence we may need to transfer money from Paytm to Phonepe. It's really a very easy procedure just follow the step by step guide given below. We can use paytm to do many things like to pay our electricity bills and many other things. Just follow the steps given below.
How to Send Money from Paytm to Phonepe
Steps to transfer money from Paytm to Phonepe:
1. Open the PhonPe application: First of all, on your Android device, you will see a blue icon with pay written on it in Hindi. It's the trademark icon for the PhonePe application. 
2. Tap on your Profile: Now after opening the PhonePe application you will see your profile picture and if you have not set your profile photo it will show a blank space. (as shown in the figure). Just tap on it to open settings of the Phonepe application. 
3. Tap on My BHIM UPI ID: You will see a number of options like My QR code, My BHIM UPI ID, My Addresses and others. You will need to tap on the My BHIM UPI ID option. 
4. Copy your BHIM UPI ID: Now your BHIM UPI ID will be displayed on your screen you will need to remember the UPI id in order to transfer money from Paytm to Phonepe. You can also copy the BHIM UPI ID.
5. Open the Paytm Application: Now open the Paytm application. For that just tap on the white colored logo with paytm written on it. 
6. Tap on UPI: On the top of the paytm application, you will see many option scroll to see the UPI option. Just tap on the UPI option. 
7. Tap on Money transfer: Now you will need to tap on the Money transfer in order to transfer money from Paytm to Phonepe. You can also request money from other paytm users by tapping on the request money option.
8. Enter the Bank Account No./ UPI ID: To transfer money to Phonepe we will need to enter the UPI id which we copied from the PhonePe application. Just tap on hold on the box and you will get a paste option. Tap on the paste option to paste the copied UPI ID. You can also enter manually if you remember the UPI ID.
9. Tap on Proceed: After you have entered the UPI ID and ensured that it's correctly entered. You can finally tap on the Proceed option present just below the UPI id box. 
10. Enter the Amount: In the box given, you will need to enter the amount which you want to transfer to the Phonepe application. Tap on the Amount box and enter the amount. 
11. Tap on Proceed: After you have entered the amount you want to send to the Phonepe application you can tap on the Proceed option present at the bottom of the page. 
12. Tap on Confirm Money Transfer: Finally, after everything is done carefully you can now tap on the Confirm Money transfer option at the bottom of the page. You can review your payment on this step then only tap on the Money Transfer option. 
13. Enter your UPI PIN: Now enter the UPI PIN to continue with the payment. You can also tap on the SHOW button if you want to see the pin while entering the UPI PIN. 
14. Success Message: Finally, after your payment is done successfully you will get a Money Transfer Successful message with a green tick mark. 
15. Open the Phonepe Application: Now you will again need to open the Phonepe application because the as we need to add the money to phonepe. Just tap on the blue colored icon to launch the PhonePe application.
16. Tap on Wallet Top-up: Now you will see a number of options under the Money transfers section but tap on the Wallet Topup option. 
17. Enter the Amount: Now enter the Amount by which you want to top up the Phonepe wallet. Make sure you enter the same amount which you entered while transferring from paytm. 
18. Choose the payment method: Now tap on the BHIM UPI tab. You will see all the accounts connected to the Phonepe app. Just tap on the one from which you want to pay. 
19. Tap on Top-up Wallet: Finally, after you have chosen the payment UPI ID you can now tap on the TOPUP Wallet option which is present at the bottom of the page. 
20. Tap on Proceed: You will get a pop-up confirmation message. Just tap on the Proceed to continue with the payment. Tap on the proceed option after reading the pop-up message. 
21. Enter the UPI PIN: Finally, enter the UPI PIN to complete the payment process. You can also tap on the Show option to see the UPI pin while you enter. 
22. Transaction Succesful: After your payment is done successfully you will see a Transaction Succesful message on the phonepe application. 
You can now use this money to pay bills or pay to the shop merchants and in many other things. But you cannot transfer this amount back to the bank. So be careful while adding money to phonepe wallet.
