Sometimes you get a problem with some orders and want the money to be refunded. Well, the good news is you can get Paytm refund very easily. It's really a very easy process. Just follow the step by step procedure and get paytm refund in easy steps. You can get your refund if the complaint raised is approved and genuine. Follow the steps given below.

Steps to get Paytm refund:

1. Open the Paytm application: First of all, on your android device, you will see a white logo with paytm written on it. It's the trademark logo for the paytm application. Just tap on to launch open the paytm application on your android device.

2. Tap on the three horizontal lines: On the main page of the paytm application, you will see three lines at the top left corner. Just tap on it and it will open a sidebar with many options. For example, My orders, My Passbook, etc.

3. Tap on the My Orders option: Now from the list of options on the sidebar just tap on the My orders option which will allow you to modify your Shopping, Movie tickets and other orders made with paytm.

4. Tap on All: You will see a number of tabs under the My orders page like All, Recharge & Bills, Shopping and others. Just tap on the All tab to see all the orders made with paytm.

5. Tap on Need Help? : Now go to the order on which you want a refund. Just at the bottom right corner, you will see a Need Help option. Just tap on it to take help on the particular order.

6. Tap on Select your issue category: You will need to select the issue category for the order you want the refund. For that just tap on the Select your issue category.

7. Tap on Issue in refund: Now as we want to get a refund, therefore, we will tap on the Issues with a refund option. It will be the first option on the Select your issue category pop-up window.

8. Tap on tell us: You will need to give a brief description of the refund issue. Just tap on the Tell us box and enter your issue briefly.

9. Tap on Upload a Picture: You can also upload a supporting Picture for your Issue. It is not important to upload a picture its an optional thing. But its always recommended adding a picture.

10. Tap on Submit: After you have entered all the necessary information you can tap on the submit option which is present at the bottom of the page. Make sure you have entered your issue in a proper brief way.

Therefore, your refund will be initiated as soon as possible by the paytm. You can also contact paytm for help if your issue is not resolved in this way. You can also check your wallet balance for the refund.
