Step-1 Open Paytm app: To start with, make sure you have an account on Paytm. Then go to the Paytm app on your device. Then click on the app. Next, open Paytm app.
Step-2 Click on ticket booking: Once the homepage of Paytm opens up. Then go to the option of Bus Tickets. Next, click on it and open it.
Step-3 Tap on hotels: Now go to the option of Hotels. Next, tap on it.

Steps to Book a Hotel Room using Paytm
1. Launch the Paytm Application: First of all on your Android device, you will see a White icon with paytm written on it. Tap on it to open the paytm application. 
2. Tap on "More": On the main page you will see a "More" option with four boxes. It will allow you to access the extra options which paytm has and you can access it by just tapping on the "More" option. 
3. Tap on "Hotels": Under the "Travel, Entertainment, and Food" section you will see a Hotels option. Tap on that to book your hotels for a particular city. 
4. Pick your City: You will now need to pick the city in which you want to book the hotel. For example, If you are traveling to Mumbai and want to a book a hotel room in Mumbai then tap on Mumbai. 
5. Tap on the date: Now you will have to select the date you will be staying in the hotel. For that, you need to tap on the date as shown in the image below. 
6. Choose your Check-in date: A calendar will pop up in which you have to tap on the date you are going to check in the hotel. Choose the date from the calendar and tap on it to select the desired date. 
7. Choose the Check-out date: Now you will have to choose the checkout date or the date on which you will be leaving the hotel. Just tap on the date and you are good to go. 
8. Choose the Preferred hotel: Now you will get a list of hotels which are available in that date range. Choose the hotel according to your requirement. There are a ton of alternatives to browse. Just tap on the hotel you wish to book. 
9. Edit the Guests: You can increase the number of guests as well as you can increase the number of rooms. Tap on the Guest and Room option. 
10. Add the number of guests: Choose the number of adults and the number of children who are going to stay with you. Just tap on the "+" icon to increase the number of adults or children. 
11. Tap on "Apply": After adding the guests and ensuring everything is correct. You can tap on the apply option at the bottom of the page. 
12. Tap on "Select Room": There are different categories of the room which are present in the hotels. To pick the sort of room you need to stay in. Just tap on the "Select Room" option. 
13. Tap on "With Breakfast": If you want to add breakfast with your room booking you can tap on the "with breakfast" checkbox. This option may charge a bit more but it will provide you with breakfast.

16. Add the details of the guests: Tap on Mr./Mrs./Ms. accordingly. It's really important to enter the details correctly.
17. Add the First Name: In the box given add the first name of the guest. Just tap on the box and start typing the name of the guest. 
18. Enter the Last Name: You will also need to enter the last name of the guest as per there identity card. Make sure you add everything according to the ID card they are carrying. 
19. Add the Email Address: In the box given for the email address, you have to enter the guest's email address as they will get updates about there stay on that email address. Enter the Email address in the proper format of someone@example.com. 
20. Enter the Mobile Number: Tap on the mobile number box to enter your mobile number. 
21. Enter your 10-Digit mobile number: Now enter your 10-digit mobile number. Paytm will send updates of your stay to this mobile number. Also, SMS can be used as a reference while checking-in. So make sure that you have entered the correct mobile number. 
22. Tap on "Proceed to Pay": After ensuring everything has been entered correctly you can now pay for your hotel room. It's better and also safe to pay in advance as you don't have to carry cash with you while traveling. It makes your travel Hassel free.

23. Tap on "Pay securely": Choose your payment method and Tap on Pay securely. There are different payment methods ranging from Debit/Credit cards to net banking choose whatever suits you. If you have the balance in your paytm wallet you can also pay with the wallet balance.
