How to Cancel an Order on Paytm App

Sometimes of some we reasons we may want to cancel our paytm orders and the good news is we can easily cancel an order on Paytm. Just follow the step by step guide to cancel your order on paytm. There can be any reason to cancel our order it may be because we found a better deal or its getting to reach us. Follow the steps given below and cancel your order.

Paytm Orders - How to cancel an Order Partially or Completely

Steps to Cancel an Order on Paytm:

1. Open the Paytm application: Firstly on your android device, you will see a white icon with paytm written on it. It's the trademark logo for the paytm application. Just tap on the logo to launch the paytm application on your Android device.

2. Tap on three parallel lines: So now after the paytm application opens up you will see three horizontal lines at the top left corner of the main page. Tap on it and it will open a sidebar with a number of option. For example, My orders, My passbook, etc.

3. Tap on My orders: Now on the sidebar tap on the My orders to see all of your orders which you made using the paytm application. You can see all the orders like Shopping or the movie ticket you booked using the paytm application.

4. Tap on the order you want to cancel: You will see a list of orders which you made using the paytm application and now just tap on the order you want to cancel it. Similarly, you can also cancel your flight tickets and also train tickets.

5. Tap on Cancel item: The details of the order will open up with a number of options like Cancel Item, View return Policy and Contact us. Just tap on the Cancel Item option to finally cancel your order.

6. Choose the reason to cancel: Now there will be a list of reason and you have to choose one of the reasons to cancel your order. Just tap on the reason you wish to give. For example, we will choose the delayed Delivery in this case.

7. Tap on proceed to cancel: Afte you have chosen a valid reason to cancel your order you can now tap on the Proceed to cancel option which is present at the bottom of the page.

Finally, your order has been canceled and your refund will be made. You can check your wallet balance as your refund will be made to your paytm wallet.
