Create a Team in Canva App in 8 Steps
Step-1 Open Canva App: You want to create your team on Canva. It is similar to creating a WhatsApp group. So, open the application from your mobile device to start a team.
Step-2 Go to Menu: On opening the application, you will see icons for four different pages at the bottom of the screen. For creating a team in Canva, you need to go to the menu icon. It is the icon on the far right.
Step-3 Tap on Create Team: In the menu, you will see an option of 'Create a Team.' Click on it to go further.
Step-4 Enter the Name: Now, you will have to name your team. Give the name of your choice. A name that represents your team.
Step-5 Add Logo or Continue to Create New Team: Just after the name, there is an option to add a logo. If your team has a logo, add it here. After that, click on continue or on creating a new team, whichever is available on your device.
Step-6 Add Participants: Once your team is created, you need to add team members. What is a team without its participants, right? So, enter the email IDs of everyone who you want to be a part of this team.
Step-7 Click on Send Invitations: Once you enter the email IDs, click on send invitations. Like this, they will get a mail notifying them about the team creation and initiation. Once they accept the invitation, they will join the Canva team.
Step-8 Get Invite Link: Alternatively, you can even click on the get invite link to get a link to share it over WhatsApp.
