How To Share a Saved Reel on Instagram

We come across so many reels every minute. Some of them are the ones we can relate ourselves to or we like the idea, graphics, music, etc. We save them in our collection for later reference. But keeping good reels just to yourself doesn't do justice to the reel. Thus, we do want to share the reels with our friends, partners, and family. Therefore, To share a saved reel on Instagram follow the following steps.

Share a Saved Reel on Instagram in 9 Easy Steps

Step 1: Open Instagram app: Open Instagram app.

  • You can open it through the phone's menu.
  • You can also open it in Google Play Store.

Step 2: Go to your profile: After logging in to your Instagram account, open your profile by tapping on your profile picture in the bottom right corner of your screen.

Step 3: Tap on three line menu: Next, to open your collection of saved reels:

  • Tap on the three-line menu placed at the top right corner of your screen.

Step 4: Click on option 'saved': As soon as you will click on the three-line menu:

  • A mini tab with several options such as settings, activities, and archives will appear on your screen. 
  • From those options select the ‘saved’ option.

Step 5: Select all posts: After clicking on save, You could see all the collections you have made to save your Instagram reels with different names you have kept. 

  • To search for the saved reels select the particular collection or ‘all posts’.

Step 6: Go to the reels section: Once you will click on the collection:

  • There will be two segments one of which will be the posts resembling the grid icon and another one will be the reels segment resembling the play icon. 
  • Click on the reels segment to view the reels you have saved.

Step 7: Select the reel and tap on it: Find the Reel which you wish to share and tap on that particular reel.

Step 8: Click on share icon to share it: In order to share the reel:

  • Tap on the arrow button which will appear beneath the reel. 
  • After clicking on the arrow button you will see a list of names.

Step 9: Select the person and tap on send: As soon as you click on the share button, you will see a list of people. 

  • Select the person with whom you wish to share the reel and tap on send.

By following the above steps you can share as many reels as you want to share with your people and enjoy the delicacies of the reels with multiple people at the same point in time. Similarly, if you want to unsaveq a post/reel on Instagram, you can do it in a few easy steps.

Can I send a reel to more than one person at a time?

Yes, you can send a reel to multiple people simultaneously by tapping on their names. 

If I share my reel with other people, can they see it?

Yes, they can but only If you have a public account. For instance, If you send a reel to someone who doesn't follow you and your Instagram handle is private he/she won’t be able to access the reel or post you have sent them. 

Is it possible to share a reel of the story?

Yes, it is possible to share a reel on the story if it has been posted by a public account/ page. Click on share and tap on “add to my story”.

Is there any rule on how many photos can you post on Instagram?

No, there are no limitations on how many photos you post on Instagram.

Why am I unable to see the reel my friend has sent me?

You are unable to see the reel sent by your friend because either that reel has been taken off by the user or Instagram, or it has been posted by a private account holder.
