How to Switch Between Multiple Instagram Account

Some people do have more than one account over the Instagram, switching between them sometimes create the problems, because in the older version you have to log out from one account and then you can switch to other. But no need to worry now, the updated version of Instagram make it easy for you to switch between multiple accounts.

By switching from one account to another, you can easily check or update your status over these accounts. By some of the steps we are going to tell how to switch between multiple Instagram account.

These are some steps through which you can switch to multiple Instagram accounts:

1. Open Instagram App: Open your Instagram App on your android phone.

2. Login: If you haven’t logged in, just enter your email id or username with password and then you can log in.

3. Tap on person icon: Tap on person icon, which is located in the bottom-right corner on the page.

4. Tap on three bar lines: You see on the top-right corner, three bar lines just tap on that.

5. Tap on Settings: After tapping, on the bottom-right corner, you see gear look like icon tap on that.

6. Tap on Add account: Scroll till bottom, in the bottom you see “Add account” link tap on that.

7. Enter login details: enter your new email id or username with password and then log in.

8. Tap on profile icon: After login, you see the profile icon, on the bottom-right corner just tap on that.

9. Tap on username: On the top-left corner of screen, you see the username with drop-down menu tap on that.

10. Choose the account: After tapping on drop-down icon, you see number of logged in accounts, select from your choice and tap on that.

After that, you will reach the profile page of that account. You can repeat the above procedure, that’s how you can switch form one account to another account on Instagram.

 How to switch between multiple Instagram account on iPhone

These are some steps through which you can switch between multiple accounts over the Instagram:

  1. Open Instagram App: Open your Instagram App on your iPhone.
  2. Sign in: If you haven’t logged in, just enter your email id or username with password and then log in.
  3. Tap on person icon: On bottom-right corner of the screen, tap on person icon.
  4. Tap on three bar lines: You see three bar lines just tap on that.
  5. Tap on Settings: After tapping, you see gear look like icon tap on that.
  6. Tap on Add account: Scroll down, in the bottom you see “Add account” link tap on that.
  7. Sign in again: Enter your new email id or username with password and then log in, otherwise create an account and then log in.
  8. Tap on profile icon: After login, you see the profile icon with picture, on the bottom-right corner of the screen, just tap on that.
  9. Tap on username with drop-down menu: On the top-left corner, you see the username with drop-down menu tap on that.
  10. Select the account: After tapping on drop-down icon, you see number of add accounts from which you have logged in, tap on one of them.
  11. Switching the account: After that, you will reach the profile page of that person account.

Now, you can repeat the above procedure if you want to switch between multiple Instagram accounts and can check any updates at any time without signing in or signing out again and again.

In case if you want to log out some particular account you can also do that by just tapping on that account and go to settings and tap on sign out.
