Why Uber shut down uber xchange program?

Uber shut down the Uber exchange program due to the financial issues. Uber is the largest transportation company worldwide and they know their business strength. Most of their services work only for the good money market and completion with other transportation companies such as Waymo in US and Ola in India. Uber worked hard on exchange program but they were losing the money in good number. Investing rates were high and outcome was in less number.
