Step 1: Open PhonePe application: The first step in the process will obviously be to open the app, the following is how you can do it.
- On your phone, start looking for the Phonepe app in the menu bar.
- It will look like it looks in the image below.
- If you cannot find it, then it means you will have to Install Phonepe App .
- After successfully installing it, click on the icon to open the app.
Step 2: Tap on this QR code icon: The next step is to click on the QR code icon.
- On opening the app, look at the top of the app.
- You will find three icons in the top right corner.
- Click on the QR code icon, it looks like as shown below in the picture.
Step 3: Scan QR code: The next step is to scan the QR code.
- After clicking on the QR code scanner option, you will reach another page.
- In the center of the page, you will find a camera.
- Scan the QR code from that camera to pay.
Step 4: Enter the amount to pay: After scanning the code, you need to fill in the amount supposed to be paid.
- When you successfully scan the QR code, you will reach yet another page.
- On the page, you will find the name of the receiver and a box.
- Check if the name of the receiver is correct or not.
- If correct, fill in the desired amount.
Step 5: Tap on proceed to pay
- Once you are done following the above mentioned steps successfully, scroll down.
- Scroll down till the end of the page to find "Proceed to Pay".
- Tap on "Proceed to pay"
Step 6: Tap on pay: You are finally here on the last step of the process. You just have to click on pay at the end of the page and you are done.
