Out of these options tap on the Add icon that is present in the center.

Step-3 Create a Short: In the Add menu you will see the following options:

  • Create a short
  • Upload a video
  • Go live

Choose the first option that says, Create a Short.

Step-4 Tap the videos icon: Now you will be redirected to a new page. To upload a short from your gallery tap on the videos icon on the left of the record button.

Step-5 Tap the video: You will see all the videos present in the gallery of your device. Now go through your gallery and choose the video you want to upload as a short.

Step-6 Tap on Done: In your chosen video make the final edits. Set the time duration of the video by adjusting the time markers. You can cut frames from the video at this point.

Finally, tap on Done on the bottom left of the screen.

Step-7 Tap on the tick mark: Now a new page will appear on your screen. Here you will be able to:

  • Add sound
  • Attach another video
  • Add and edit the video further

Once you are satisfied, tap on the Tick icon present on the bottom left of the screen. For further reference look at the picture below.

Step-8 Tap on Next: Now you are another step closer to learning how to upload a Short on YouTube from your iPhone. Tap on the Next option. This option will appear on the top right corner of the screen.
