Focus modes on iPhone are like the Do Not Disturb modes on Android devices. But there are multiple options and multiple modes which you can personalize. These are like the privacy settings on apps like the activity status on Messenger and Instagram.

Step-1 Open Settings Application: Firstly, on your iPhone go to your apps and find the settings app. The icon of the app will be like the one encircled in the picture below. Click on the app to open it.

Step-2 Tap on Focus: In the settings menu scroll down. Find the focus option and click on it.

Step-3 Tap if any of the options are On: In the focus option there will be multiple modes. Check if any of the modes are turned on. Tap on it.

Step-4 Turn it Off: Click on the mode that is on. You will see a green cursor in front of that focus mode. Tap on the cursor to finally turn it off.
