- Open your browser: Open your preferred browser.
- Open Google calendar: Open google Calendar website.
- Complete the sign in: Sign in with your Google account. Enter your Gmail ID and password to complete the sign in process.
- See the calendar list: Now see you calendars list on the page. You can see your calendars on the left side of the page.
- Click on the calendar: Click on the down arrow on the specific calendar you want to share.
- Click ‘share this calendar’: Click on ‘share this calendar’ option.
- Enter user’s mail address: Now enter the Email address of the specific person whom you want to share the calendar.
- Click on drop menu: Click on the drop menu to permission settings.
- Select a permission on setting: Select your preferred permission setting. You have four such options in settings.
