Google Calendar is a very useful service by Google to manage our time. It’s completely time management service. It sets reminders on our phone that we automatically remind the important time and date. Now you can easily share your Calendar with specific person with your Google account.

Steps to share Google Calendar:

You can easily share your calendar with the help of your Google account. You can share Google Calendar only on desktop. This service is not available on mobile apps. You can do it on your phone browser as well. Just see quick steps to share Google Calendar.

  1. Open your browser: Open your preferred browser.
  2. Open Google calendar: Open google Calendar website.
  3. Complete the sign in: Sign in with your Google account. Enter your Gmail ID and password to complete the sign in process.
  4. See the calendar list: Now see you calendars list on the page. You can see your calendars on the left side of the page.
  5. Click on the calendar: Click on the down arrow on the specific calendar you want to share.
  6. Click ‘share this calendar’: Click on ‘share this calendar’ option.
  7. Enter user’s mail address: Now enter the Email address of the specific person whom you want to share the calendar.
  8. Click on drop menu: Click on the drop menu to permission settings.

  • Make changes and manage sharing
  • Make changes to events
  • See all event details
  • See only free/busy (hide details)
  1. Click on ‘add person’: Click on ‘add person’ option to share the calendar.
  2. Click on ‘save’: Now click on the ‘save’ option to complete the process.
