Of course, you can only join public groups; to join a secret group, someone who is already a member must invite or add you to the group before you may participate.

Step 1- Open the Telegram App: Download the Telegram App on your phone.

- Create an account in the telegram account by entering a new user name and mobile number. You’ll get an OTP for verification.

Step 2- Tap on the search icon: On the top right side of the display screen you'll have a search option, with a magnification glass.

Step 3- Tap on the search box: After clicking the search option, your search bar opens up.
- You can type the name of the group you wanted to join.
- You can type the name of the group you want to join.
- Click enter once it's done.
Step 4- Enter the name of the group you want to search: Enter the name of the group, or subject upon which you want to join the group.

- You can select the one you need.
- Tap once on the group you want to join.
- After the group opens, you'll find the join button at the bottom of the page.
- You can click join, to be a part of the group you want.
If you've searched for a term in the app and received a few groups that match that term, there's a good chance one of them has piqued your interest and you'd like to join. When you come across a group that interests you, all you have to do is click on it to bring it up on your screen. Once you've opened the group, you'll notice a button to join it. Then all you have to do is click that button, and you'll be a member of this Telegram group.
