Google Drive may be a remarkably efficient application that gives you plenty of storage to store your documents, photos, and videos. It's very easy to access Google Drive. Organize Google Drive In 11 Steps

Changing View Style:

Step-1 Open Google Drive: The first thing you have to do is to open the Google Drive application on your device.

  • Open the Google Drive application and log in along with your Gmail account.
  • If it isn't on the device, install Google Drive from the play store.

Step-2 Change The View Style: After opening Google Drive you'll change the view style.

  • Look for the view icon on the top. You will change the view of your files by clicking on this icon.

Create a folder:

Step-3 Open Google Drive And Make A Folder: Open the Google Drive application.

  • Click on the plus (+) option at the underside right of the screen.
  • A menu will appear.

Step-4 Tap On Folder: After clicking on the plus option, choose the 'folder' option.

Step-5 Assigning A Name To Folder: After clicking on the 'folder' option, you will be needed to assign a name to your folder.

  • A box will appear and then enter the name of your folder in it.

Step-6 Click On Create: After entering the name of your folder, click on the 'Create' option. Then a fresh folder will be created.

Renaming the folder:

Step-7 Click On The Three Dots Placed Below At The Underside Of The Folder:

  • To rename a folder, click on the three dots present at the underside of the folder.
  • A menu will appear.

Step-8 Click On Rename: From the menu, select the 'Rename' option.

Step-9 Enter The New Name Of The Folder: After clicking on the 'Rename' option, a box will appear.

  • Enter the new name of the folder within the box.
  • Then click on 'Rename'. Then your folder will be renamed.

Changing the color of the folder:

Step-10 Click On The Three Dots Placed Below At The Underside Of The Folder: To vary the color of the folder, click on the underside of the folder.

Step-11 Select Change Color Option: Click on the 'Change color' option.

  • Then select the color according to your preference.

This will help you to keep the folders in a more organized manner.
