Is there any way to watch Instagram live on PC?

You can watch Instagram live on PC but can not view the viewers and you cannot join the split live video. You can only watch it. There is no option to comment on it. 

1. Open instagram.com and log into your account. 
2. You can see the option of the stories in right corner below the username of your account. 
3. If someone goes live, you can see live video on the top of this section.  
4. Tap on the profile who is going live on Instagram.
