How to Invite to Google Hangouts

Google Hangouts is the most convenient app developed by Google. When you just install the hangouts and first time when you start using it, you can invite the people with whom you want to connect, they may be your friends, colleagues, relatives etc.  Just send them an invitation and they were notified, by the SMS.

Inviting people to the hangouts is a very easy process, we are going to discuss each and everything in details:

How to invite to google hangouts on Desktop?

1.  Open your web browser: Open your web browser, type  hangouts.google.com and press enter.
2. Enter your Gmail ID: If you are not login, then enter your email ID and password.
3. Click on new conversation: After login, on the top-right corner, you see the chat section and see the name “new conversation” with + icon, click on that.
4. Click on search bar: After clicking, you see a search bar will generate and you can type the name, email id or phone number.
5.  Enter the name, email or phone: Just type the name, email-id or phone number, with whom you want to connect.
6. Matching results: After that, a list will generate show you the people that match with your typed name, email-id or phone number.
7. Choose the person: Choose the person from the list, click on that name, email id or phone number.
8. Enter your message: After that, you see the chat-box, in which by default “Let’s chat on hangouts” is written, if you want you can delete it, otherwise type your message if you want.
9. Click on send invite: You can see the blue-colored, send invite button and just click on that. Now, the invitation is sent.

The person will receive the invitation notification in their  Gmail account, by clicking on that they can connect with the same person.

How to invite to Google hangouts on Android?

1.  Open your Hangouts app: Open your google hangouts app in your phone.
2. Enter your Gmail: Enter your Gmail id with password and then login.
3. Tap on + button: On the bottom-right corner, you see a green-colored, + button, just tap on that.
4. Tap on new conversation: Just tap on the new-conversation bar.
5. Enter the name, email or phone: After tapping, you see a search bar in which you type the name, email or phone of the person.
6. Select the person: A list will generate after typing the name, select the person from your choice.
7. Enter your message: After that, you see the chat-box, in which by default “Let’s chat on hangouts” is written, and type your message.
8. Click on Send: On the right-side in chat section, you see send icon, just tap on that. Now your message is sent.

The person will receive the notification on their Gmail id or phone number, and they can accept that by clicking on that icon.

When they accept your invitation, you can chat with that people, call them, make a video call, send the documents, PDF, photos etc. This procedure will surely helps in your sending the invitation to google hangouts.
