YouTube has become the go-to app for online video streaming for creators and content consumers. Five hundred hours of videos get uploaded on YouTube every minute. There are a plethora of videos on the app on every topic, e.g. cooking, college lectures, dance tutorials, cat videos, sports, guided meditations, and so on. After you install YouTube, you can stream video content seamlessly on your iPhone.

Install YouTube on iPhone in 5 Steps

Step-1 Open App Store

Open to the App Store app. You can either find it on the desktop or in the App Library. Swipe left on the desktop to see the App Library. Search for the App Store on the App Library search bar. Tap on the icon to open the app.

Step-2 Search for YouTube

Navigate to the search bar in the App Store. The search icon can be found in the bottom left corner of the app. Type youtube in the search bar and hit search.

Step-3 Tap Get

Several apps will appear in front of you. Look for the YouTube app and click on the get button next to it.

Step-4 Fill in Your Apple ID Password

The App Store will ask you to enter your Apple ID Password to download the app. Fill you your password to go ahead with the download.

You will not have to complete this step if your face ID is enabled. In that case, you can approve the download using your face ID.

Step-5 Tap Sign In

Hit the Sign In button on the top right corner to complete the download.

Once the download finishes, you can find the YouTube App on the desktop and in your App Library. You can now open the application and enjoy your favorite videos!

You can also create an account or sign in on YouTube to subscribe to your favorite creators, save your streaming preferences, re-visit liked videos, etc.
