  • The default app is for Chrome, phones, and Messages.

Step 4: Select 'Caller ID and Spam app' option: Fourthly, you have to select the caller id and spam app. Select them from the options that appear below.

  • The caller id and spam app are marked in red and indicated with an arrow in the picture positioned below.

Step 5: Deselect truecaller caller ID to disable it: Lastly, you have to deselect Truecaller ID to disable it.

  • After you deselect it, the blue circle indication gets removed.
  • Choose the other option, which is "Phone."
