Step-6 Customize the privacy: After adding a title to your playlist move next to customize the privacy by selecting 'Private' out of the options - Public, Unlisted, and Private.

If you select 'Unlisted' then anyone you share the link with can view your Playlist and if you select 'Public' then anyone can search and view it. By selecting 'Private' only you can view, edit or re-arrange your playlist.
