Step-2 Tap On the 'Share' Icon: On the top-right corner of the screen, you will find the 'Share' icon. You have to click on the share icon in the second step to be able to convert your PPT to some other format.

Step-3 Tap On 'Print': By clicking on the icon, you will get three options:

  • Copy
  • Print
  • New Quick Note

From here, just click on the 'Print' option.

Step-4 Tap the 'Share' Icon: Now, the 'Print Options' screen will open up on the screen of your device. You will not be able to print the PPT because any sort of printing device is not attached to your phone.

But, you can convert it into PDF format by clicking on the 'Share' icon as you can see in the picture below.

Step-5 Choose the 'Save to Files' Option: Again, you will get the same three options that you have got in Step-3. And, from the options provided to you, you have to choose the last option that says 'Save to Files.

After being done with the last step, your PPT will be saved to the 'Files' app of your device in the desired format, that is the PDF format.
