Step 6: Change the last name: Under NAME, you will see three options: First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name. Click on the box under LAST NAME and edit your last name as per your choice.

Step 7: Tap on review change: After you edit your last name, tap on the blue colored "Review Change". Once you click on "Review Change" your last name will be changed. Also, once you change your last name, you cannot change it again for the next 60 days.
