  • If you do not like those colors and want something else, do not worry.
  • Google sheets provide you with a color wheel. You can choose any color out of it.

Step 5 - The color of your checkbox will be changed Select the color of your choice. Just left-click on the particular color option to select. Once selected, the color will automatically apply to the check box or boxes that you have selected.

In conclusion, the value of the cell containing the check box is set to the Boolean FALSE by default. When you check the box; the value changes to TRUE. That we can use to format the check box or the check box itself in the columns or rows containing it.
