Step-4 Click on 'Family & other users': Once the 'Accounts' settings app opens. Then, simply select the 'Family & other users' option from the right pane of the settings window.

Step-5 Click on the account that you want to make the administrator: After the previous step, under the ‘Other users’ section, you’ll find all the user accounts on your system other than your own.

Step-6 Click on that account: Click or tap the name of the user account you want to make an Administrator. Then, click on the ‘Change account type’ button that will reveal after clicking on that account.

Step-7 Change the 'Account Type': In the ‘Change account type’ window that you will see. You will also see the account name and its type.

Step-8 Click on the drop-down list: Now, open the drop-down menu under the Account type option and select ‘Administrator’. The other option will be 'Standard User'.

Step-9 Click on 'OK': Then, simply click ‘OK’ to apply the change.
