How to Book Innova in Ola

Ola cab booking service provides services to all your requirements. Ola now allows you to book 6 seater cabs as well as 4 seater cabs. This is a change from the initial restriction of booking only 4 seater cabs. One such cab is the Innova. You can book an Innova in Ola for your ride, by following the steps explained in this article.

Ola Innova will be available in the Prime section of Ola Cabs. The procedure to book an Innova in Ola is different from booking an Ola prime SUV.

Steps to book Innova in Ola

1. Launch the Ola application: The first step in booking an Innova in Ola is to launch the Ola application. You have to locate the Ola app icon from the list of applications in your app drawer as shown by the arrow in the picture. Tap on the Ola icon once after you find it from amongst your apps. Doing this will launch the Ola app.

2. Turn on the Device's location: As a result of opening the Ola application, you will get the pop up shown in the picture below. This is a pop-up confirmation message asking you for permission to turn on the device's current location. Tap on the OK option given by the arrow in the picture to turn on the device's location since the location is crucial for the functioning of the application.

3. Open the Pickup location option: After you turn on the device's location, you will be taken to the Ola home-screen as shown in the picture below. The home screen includes multiple options for you to access including the pickup location and drop location. Tap on the pickup location option shown by the arrow to enter the address of the location from where you want to be picked up.

4. Enter the Address of your pick-up location: Tapping on the pickup location will take you to the section of Ola. You will find a search bar indicated by the arrow mark which you can use to search for the address of your pick-up point. Tap on the search bar and enter the address. Consequently, a list of results will appear. Select the most accurate result.

5. Open the drop location option: Entering the Pickup location will take you back to the Ola home screen. You can now enter the drop location which represents the address of the destination you want to travel to. Tap on the Drop location option as shown by the arrow to enter your destination.

6. Enter the drop location address: Tapping on the Drop location option will take you to the section of Ola shown below. This section includes a search bar as shown by the arrow. Tap on this search bar once and enter the address of the destination you want to travel to. Consequently, a list of results will appear for you to choose from. Select the most appropriate result.

7. Select Prime as your type of cab: As a result of entering the drop location, you will be taken to the Section shown in the picture. You will find a set of options at the bottom of the screen providing you with the choice of cabs. You can book an Ola mini, Ola auto, etc depending on your choice at this stage. Tap on the Prime option as shown by the arrow since Innova comes under the prime section of Ola.

8. Tap on the Info option: Selecting the prime option as the type of cab will highlight it in yellow as shown in the picture. You will notice a small 'i' option in front of the word 'Prime" as shown by the arrow. Tap on this option once to access the information about the Prime cab. This will enable you to book an Innova in Ola.

9. Hit the Know more option: As a result of tapping on the info option, you will get a pop-up like in the picture. This pop-up gives you all the information regarding the services offered by the Ola prime SUVs. A know more option at the bottom of the screen will take you to the next step in booking an Innova in Ola. Tap on the know more option as shown by the arrow.

10. Select the Ride now option: Once you hit the Know more option, you will get the screen as shown below. This will include a ride now option at the bottom of the screen indicating immediate booking of your cab. Tap on the Ride now options once to go ahead with booking an Ola Innova.

11. Confirm the Booking: After you follow all the steps explained above, you will be taken to the section shown in the picture below. This is an overview of your ride which includes details of your ride such as price, as well as the route of your journey. Thus, you have to confirm all the details in this section by going through it. Tap on the confirm booking option shown by the arrow once you confirm the details of your ride.
