Ola cab booking service offers its users to book an Ola share. Ola share is the service where you share a cab with another traveler heading in a similar route. In Ola share, you can book either one seat or two seats depending on the number of people traveling. It is useful because it works out cheaper than booking a whole cab to yourself. Steps to Book 2 Seats in Ola Share

1. Launch Ola application : The first step is to launch the Ola application. This is nothing but opening the Ola application from your phone's app drawer. Locate the Ola icon from amongst your apps as shown in the picture below. Tap on the Ola icon once to launch the Ola application.

2. Provide access to device's location: As a result of launching the Ola application, you will get the following pop up message. The pop-up message is a confirmation asking you for permission to use the phone's location. Tap on the OK option as indicated by the arrow mark to give access to device's location.

3. Tap on the Pickup location option: After you give the Ola application permission to the device's location, the application will open up as shown in the picture below. You will find the option of Pick up location at the top of the screen. This represents the address from where you want to be picked up. To set the Pickup location., tap on this option as shown by the arrow mark.

4. Enter the address of your Pick up location: As a result of tapping on the Pickup location option, you will be redirected to the screen shown below. You can enter the address of your pick up point in this section. Type in the address of your pick up location in the search bar indicated by the arrow. Select the most appropriate result that appears from the list below.

5. Tap on the Drop location option: After you have entered the pickup location, you will be taken back to the previous screen. You can now go ahead with entering the drop location. The drop location signifies the destination you want to travel to. Tap on the Drop location option as shown by the arrow mark.

6. Enter the address of your destination: As a result of tapping on the Drop location option, you will be redirected to the following section of the application. Tap on the search bar as indicated by the arrow mark. Enter the address of the destination. Select the most appropriate result from the list that appears. You can even change the drop location later.

7. Choose "Share" as the type of cab: After you enter the drop location, you will be redirected to the following section of Ola. The next step is to select the type of cab you want. You can either choose to book an auto, mini, etc. Since we are talking about booking 2 seats in Ola share, choose the share option by tapping on it. Swipe across the options at the bottom of the screen to find the share option.

8. Select the Ride now option: After you choose the type of cab, it will be highlighted as shown in the picture. This is a sign that you can go ahead with the booking. The next option is either to book immediate cab or schedule a cab. Since we are specifically talking about booking immediate cab, tap on the Ride now option as indicated by the arrow mark.

9. Hit the skip option: As a result of selecting the Ride Now option, you will be given another pop-up message. This message gives you to book the ride for someone else. Hit the skip option since we are only talking about booking for oneself.

10. Select the seat option: As a result of tapping on the skip option, you will be shown the screen as shown in the picture below. This section will include an overview of your ride along with details such as price as well as number of seats. Tap on the seat option as shown by the arrow mark. This will enable you to change the number of seats you book.

11. Tap on the option of 2 seats: After you select the option of the seats, it will open as a pop-up, shown below. This pop up will include the number of seats you can book as well as the price for those seats. Tap on the option of 2 seats as shown in the picture.

12. Confirm your booking: After you have followed all the above-explained steps, you will be redirected to the overview as shown below. Ensure that all the details of your ride are correct.
