  1. Open the app: Open Google Calendar app which is an inbuilt app in every Android device.
  2. Tap on the sign in: Sign in with Google account. If you are an Android user then if you signed in other Google’s app, then automatically you will be signed in in Google Calendar.
  3. Tap on the month: Now tap on the down arrow to month’s name on the top.
  4. Choose the month: Swipe right to choose the month. If you want current month then you don’t need to do anything.
  5. Choose the date: Choose the date and tap on it.
  6. Select plus icon: Select plus icon at the bottom right corner.
  7. Choose ‘event’: Choose event option next.
  8. Enter the title: A new page will open. Tap on the title and type the title of the birthday.
  9. Add the location: Add the location of birthday party or event.
  10. Complete the timing: Set the timing of birthday event. This needs to be complete.
  11. Tap on ‘add guests’: Tap on ‘add guests’ option if you want to add guests in your event.
  12. Enter the mail address: Enter the Mail address of the guest, you want to invite.
  13. Choose the privacy: Now you can choose the privacy. Swipe right the green bar to confirm to add more guests by your selected guest.
  14. Complete the event details: Complete other boxes containing all details of the event. Tap on ‘save’ option to confirm.
